RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Almond (Thailand) Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

You may cancel an order placed on Almond.co.th by contacting Almond.co.th prior to the final processing of the merchandise (additional processing fees for cancelation may apply).

Returns Generally: Items purchased on Almond.co.th can be returned to Almond.co.th under the following circumstances: (1) the return of the item must be pre-approved by Almond.co.th (2) an RMA number (as described below) has been obtained, (3)  the return of the item must be postmarked within FIVE (5) days of the date the item was originally delivered to the recipient, (4) the item must be unworn and in original packaging and original condition, and (5) the gift item must be visually inspected and evaluated by Almond staff and must be free from any damage.

Defects:  Any merchandise which arrive with a manufacturing defect may be returned to Almond.co.th under the following circumstances: (1) you contact Almond.co.th within forty-eight (48) hours after your receipt of the merchandise, describing the defect, (2) an RMA number (as described below) has been obtained, and (3) the return of the defective merchandise must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the defective merchandise was originally delivered to the recipient.
