Customer Services Representative (CSR)

 Job summary:

Responsible in communicating with customers on a timely manner with the goal of customer satisfaction.



  • Male or female with Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in customer services, preferable in manufacturing business.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and writing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a resource for, provide customer service in a courteous manner to, and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization. Writing skills sufficient to compose and edit a variety of documents using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and proofread work carefully.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters. Flexibility to work effectively in a changing environment. Ability to adapt to changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities. Skills sufficient to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment undergoing organizational changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Open Office and computer literacy.
  • Pleasant personality & good human relations. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders and inquiries from customers.
  • Prepare quotations and send to customers.
  • Represent company to communicate with customers on all matters.
  • Entry orders in ERP Syteline system.
  • Control, expedite and follow up outstanding order.
  • Document filing and storage.
